골뱅이 모양으로 별찍기
🔍 풀이 방법
상하좌우의 길이를 2씩 줄여가면서 N번의 직사각형 테두리에 별을 찍고,
합이 col(열길이)만큼인 좌표들의 y좌표가 2로 나누어지면 *을 그리고, 안나누어지면 ' '빈칸으로 바꿔준다.
